One year from the date of shipment when the products are properly installed and operated.

Failures of VPON products reported within thirty days after shipment will be replaced with new ones. Under this condition, FORMOSA is liable for the shipping fees back and forth.

Failures of VPON products reported after thirty days of shipment but within one year will be repaired and sent back to DISTRIBUTOR. Freight fee occurs will be paid by the corresponding party separately. Please download and fill the RMA Request Form and send it back with RMA products for quick process.

FORMOSA DOES NOT WARRANT ANY COMBINATION OF OPERATIONS WHICH MAY BE SELECTED BY DISTRIBUTOR OR ITS RESELLER, THAT ARE OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF VPON PRODUCT ITSELF.
